Returns & Exchanges

At Susamusa, we want you to love your vintage-inspired pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Susamusa tags are intact and the garment is protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
